In this half day session, colleagues will explore the Little Book of Change and how to use collaboration to bring about sustainable change.

Delegates will consider approaches for implementing a change management process and the implications of this for their leadership.

The session will include use of tools to self-evaluate and inform approaches to change management.

Aims:

•To explore tools to manage change effectively.

•To become familiar with change management techniques.

•To consider how to implement a change management process to develop sustainable school improvement.

•To share successful approaches and strategies for managing change.

•To consider the impact of change and the implication for leadership.
