There are still places left on this  this experiential workshop at a cost of only £20. You will find out what causes stress, recognise internal and external stressors, and look at positive ways of dealing with stress. You will take a look at anger as an emotion, and contributor to stress, and how to manage anger in a constructive way. Finally we look at the importance of mindfulness in support of wellbeing and will experience some relaxation exercises.   This is a great course to do at any time of the year but especially after your first half term in teaching going into the half term break.
