In this essential online guide the roles and responsibilities of the mentor/induction tutor, NQT/ECT and Appropriate Body will be explored. Statutory guidance will be exemplified, giving induction tutors and mentors a solid understanding of their roles. The course will look at meeting schedules and offer brief guidance on observing and other methods of monitoring your NQTs/ECT and giving feedback. There will be a detailed look at assessment procedures and how to use the teachers’ standards effectively. The course will give Induction tutors a range of documents to support the process. Finally the session will look at ways to avoid problems and where and when to look for further support and advice.

This seminar is £40 per delegate or FREE as part of Appropriate Body support
