Revised budget visits take place during October and November with submission to Corporate Finance due by 30 November each year. As part of your subscribed service, your SFO prepares and reconciles information to ensure your data is correct and your visit is efficient.


This session will cover the preparation your SFO completes, how to complete the revised budget checklist (sent to all schools in September) and how you can prepare beforehand to assist and ensure your revised budget submission is accurate, achievable and that variances can be explained.
