Payroll reconciliations in HCSS (Access Education)
This is a 1 session course

With the largest percentage of every schools’ expenditure being on staffing costs, it is essential that all schools undertake regular payroll reconciliations. A good payroll reconciliation will be a thorough check of expected employee costs per month to actual employee costs. An effective monitor should not only identify incorrect staffing forecasts, but also incorrect payments to staff, creating a ‘win-win’ situation.

Essential Information: The cost for this course is £30 per delegate for South Gloucestershire maintained schools and £45 for all others. Whilst you don’t need to be logged into HCSS or Civica, you may find it helpful to navigate in parallel with the trainer and create your own payroll reconciliation.
