Safer Recruitment
This is a 1 session course

Current school staffing regulations (Keeping Children Safe in Education) require that at least one member of a school interview panel must have completed appropriate safer recruitment training. The session offered complies with updated DfE safer recruitment guidance for schools.

Emergency First Aid (EVENT FULL)
This is a 1 session course
This one-day course meets the requirements of the HSE syllabus and covers the HSE Recommendations for training of an Appointed Person (the minimum requirement for first aid cover at work.

Topics include CPR, dealing with an unconsciousness casualty, choking and Major Bleeding. Time is also given to discussing injuries and ailments common in the workplace, both inside and outside the school.

SIMS Assessment for Primaries

The use of SIMS Assessment in primary schools in South Gloucestershire is directly aimed at fulfilling both local authority and national strategies. The flexibility of the software means that we can respond to these as they change delivering a generic and bespoke solution to schools.
