Exams Organiser - for Domestic Exams
This is a 1 session course

This course is for staff at secondary schools who want to make the most of the Exams Organiser module in SIMS to manage domestic exams such as GCSE mocks, KS3 and other internal exams organised by the school. The software will allow schools to make use of the seating planner in Exams Organiser to manage the effective seating of pupils and can link to assessment in SIMS for schools wishing to generate their own base data which is then visible in the assessment focus in SIMS .net.

Essential Information: This event is free to attend, for the first candidate attending from settings that subscribe to the IMS team's support service. There is a charge for any additional candidates attending the same event. Basic SIMS Reporting for All Schools (EVENT FULL)
This is a 1 session course

The course will cover SIMS Reporting to support day-to-day administration reporting procedures. This course is a full day to allow for plenty of time to practise. Please bring along any memory sticks as any reports you design on the day can be taken away with you and imported into your own SIMS system.

NQT - Managing your Classes Differing Needs
This is a 1 session course

Pupils with special educational needs or disabilities are likely to require additional or adapted support. This requires teachers to adapt teaching in a responsive way, including providing targeted support to pupils who are struggling whilst continuing to have high expectations of these children.


This course will explore how you ensure all children in your class are making progress. There will also be a discussion on how to identify children who require new content to be broken down for them.
