In order to support a return to the English curriculum in September, we have written a transition unit to support Year 5 teachers. 

The unit is based on a high quality text and corresponding film, with the intention that it can be used flexibly (both for school or blended learning). The NQT year is an exciting but challenging time for new teachers.  This will support NQTs to be successful in their induction year. The seminar will provide all the statutory information about what to expect from the year, share useful resources and proformas to support the induction process. It will also signpost NQTs to professional development opportunities. This is also a great opportunity to network and meet other NQTs in South Gloucestershire and surrounding areas.
