The ability to manage difficult child protection, disciplinary allegations is crucial to the provision of safeguarding within the school/academy setting. On this course, you will learn how to manage these difficult situations, and ensure that each occasion is dealt with to the minimise risk . The legal duty on schools to refer cases to the Disclosure and Barring Service will also be explored, along with their expectations. Using cost centres properly can reduce the need for supplementary spreadsheets, reduce reconciling queries, assist with statutory reporting, improve transparency, support Governor monitoring and informed decision making.
