Managing Child Protection Disciplinary Allegations and the role of the LADO
This is a 1 session course

The ability to manage difficult child protection, disciplinary allegations is crucial to the provision of safeguarding within the school/academy setting. On this course, you will learn how to manage these difficult situations, and ensure that each occasion is dealt with to the minimise risk . The legal duty on schools to refer cases to the Disclosure and Barring Service will also be explored, along with their expectations. How to Use Cost Centres Effectively in Civica
