Civica - How to use Cost Centres effectively
This is a 1 session course

Cost centres can be used in CIVICA to record transactions for specific areas of income or expenditure for example pupil premium, PE Grant, SEND or extended services. Using cost centres properly can reduce the need for supplementary spreadsheets, reduce reconciling queries, assist with statutory reporting, improve transparency, support Governor monitoring and informed decision making.

There are 4 scheduled reports that run in Civica each month for all maintained schools. This session will take you through these reports and advise on the ways they can be used:-
