Basic SIMS Reporting for All Schools (EVENT FULL)

The course will cover SIMS Reporting to support day-to-day administration reporting procedures. This course is a full day to allow for plenty of time to practise. Please bring along any memory sticks as any reports you design on the day can be taken away with you and imported into your own SIMS system.

Essential Information: Please bring a memory stick so you can save any reports you design on the day and import them into your school's SIMS .net. This event is free to attend, for the first candidate attending from settings that subscribe to the IMS team's support service. Delivering the Curriculum - English 2 - KS2 Writing

This half day course is suitable for all teachers in KS2. Colleagues will explore a teaching sequence that guarantees timely application of grammar skills. Colleagues will map out units of work and develop strategies to help them select the best possible writing outcome for end of unit pieces and writing that applies specific grammar.

NQT - Health and wellbeing in your first year

In this experiential workshop you will find out what causes stress, the results of stress, recognise internal and external stressors, and look at positive ways of dealing with stress. We take a look at anger as an emotion, and contributor to stress, and how to manage anger in aconstructive way. Finally we look at the importance of mindfulness in support of wellbeing and will experience some relaxation exercises.

Essential Information: The cost for these NQT 2 hour sessions is £40 per booking but you can purchase all 6 sessions for £200 (the final session will not be charged)
