Safer Recruitment (Refresher)

Current school staffing regulations (Keeping Children Safe in Education) require that at least one member of a school interview panel must have completed appropriate safer recruitment training. Science Subject Leader Twilight Network Meeting 1

Tom Holloway from the Primary Science Trust will lead this session.

We are keen to reconnect our science leaders and make science exciting again in school for both teaching staff and pupils.

This one and a half hour twilight will focus on updates and gives science leaders a place to discuss their own school science. It will also support with the action planning, monitoring and implementation of the science curriculum in your school.

KS2 Statutory Assessment Briefing for 2022-2023 for Year 6 Teachers

This briefing will support all Year 6 teachers in fully understanding the end of KS2 statutory assessment procedures. The briefing will give feedback on the Y6 writing moderation visits from 2022 as well as update teachers on the administration the SATS for reading, maths, and GPS.

Year 6 Developing your subject knowledge in mathematics

This two session online course will support teachers in developing their subject knowledge with a focus on mathematical gaps from year 5 and how to address them. We will support you to develop your teaching sequence to ensure that you provide opportunities for children to demonstrate that they meet the expectations for mathematics.
