SAS - Supporting Staff Wellbeing (Stroud Association Schools Only)*

This 3-hour course is for both primary and secondary school staff (Headteachers, SENCos, teachers) in both mainstream and specialist settings. It will enable the learner to understand how to promote a whole school positive and proactive ethos within their setting, how to introduce the education staff wellbeing charter and why wellbeing and mental health should be prioritised.

As part of the new Ofsted inspections, staff and leaders will be interviewed by inspectors. Schools should be prepared for how this new focus on wellbeing will be part of the new inspection framework.
