In this experiential workshop you will find out what causes stress, the results of stress, recognise internal and external stressors, and look at positive ways of dealing with stress. We take a look at anger as an emotion, and contributor to stress, and how to manage anger in a constructive way. Finally we look at the importance of mindfulness in support of wellbeing and will experience some relaxation exercises.
