NQT - Health and wellbeing in your first year

In this experiential workshop you will find out what causes stress, the results of stress, recognise internal and external stressors, and look at positive ways of dealing with stress. We take a look at anger as an emotion, and contributor to stress, and how to manage anger in aconstructive way. Finally we look at the importance of mindfulness in support of wellbeing and will experience some relaxation exercises.
