Managing Sickness Absence Workshop
The monitoring of sickness absences and dealing with individual cases in a fair, timely and consistent manner is a crucial employee management tool for Headteachers and senior leaders. This session will ensure participants understand the revised Managing Sickness Absence Policy, and can manage the sometimes difficult process of dealing with staff sickness absence. The session will cover both long and short term sickness absence and will be participative in content.
The charge is £80 per person for those schools subscribing to the HR for Schools service, or £110 per person to schools that do not subscribe to the HR for Schools service.
