Y2 Writing and Teacher Assessment
Both the curriculum and the newly published 2016 Interim Frameworks present a number of changes and challenges in relation to teacher assessment of writing this year. This course will support Year 2 teachers to make appropriate provision for writing and feel confident in the assessment process. 

The session will focus on the national context; planning; developing the evidence base and unpicking the Interim Framework statements and using these to assess. There will be opportunities to ask questions, discuss with colleagues and address any emerging issues throughout the sess ...

Headteachers: Writing Subject Knowledge for the Interim Frameworks

With a new curriculum and new assessment criteria in place for this year, there are a number of implications in relation to subject knowledge.  In response to a number of requests, this half day course focuses on the 2016 Interim Frameworks for Year 2 and Year 6 and the related subject knowledge Heads will need to be able to make accurate judgments when moderating teachers' assessments.
