In this half day session colleagues will be provided with an overview of Analyse School Performance (ASP) and the Inspection Data Summary Report (IDSR).

This will be followed by discussion and analysis about what your school data shows.

In this experiential workshop you will find out what causes stress, the results of stress, recognise internal and external stressors, and look at positive ways of dealing with stress. We take a look at anger as an emotion, and contributor to stress, and how to manage anger in aconstructive way. Finally we look at the importance of mindfulness in support of wellbeing and will experience some relaxation exercises.

This course is for experienced Excel users that would like to extend their skills in SIMS reporting with Excel Analysis.

This one day session is designed for all staff working directly with autistic pupils, including teachers, teaching assistants and lunchtime staff.

This course aims to help administrative staff get the most from their SIMS system in terms of productivity and efficiency. We will look at maintaining a tidy database by removing duplicates. Also covered will be methods of internal communication within SIMS, creation of tailored User Defined Fields as well as other time saving hints like setting up shortcuts within SIMS .net.

These comprehensive days will support teachers in developing their understanding of the writing curriculum.  They will focus on subject knowledge in relation to both the technical and compositional elements of writing, considering what these look like in practice in relation to expectations.

They will also provide support and guidance in relation to planning, focusing specifically on long term mapping, effective teaching sequences and how to make provision for a range of effective writing opportunities that secure a robust evidence base.
