At the end of the course participants will have a clear understanding of;
• what’s required by everyone undertaking the EVC role,
• the principles of basic safety away from school,
• what’s required by School policy, procedure and Code of Practice
• what’s required to safely and adequately prepare for outdoor learning and off site visits,
• common risks and how to manage them,
• latest developments, case law and best practice.
