The aim of this interactive session is to support existing Civica users in school to navigate the functions and become familiar with the updated appearance of Civica Financials Web, using your own school log in details.

Although this may seem like a big change, it is the same Civica system – it is only the front ‘User end’ which has changed.

This course will take you through the process steps which may have changed for some things.

Please ensure you come with your school log in and password and Civica log in details.

There is now the requirement for schools to have a separate NQT policy.   This session will look at the statutory guidance for the induction year which should form the basis for the policy in school.   A sample policy will be explored and there will be opportunities to discuss the content, and look at guidance around what needs to be included in your own policies.   As part of this session schools will be sent electronic copies of the guidance and sample policy which can then be adapted in school and adopted as their own.

This one and a half hour session is designed for school teams who would like to develop their awareness and understanding of autism.

The course is suitable for SENCos, teachers, teaching assistants lunchtime staff, senior leadership and governors.
