The Special Education Needs (SEN) software in SIMS enables the SENCo to manage the recording of all aspects of the SEN process in accordance with the requirements of the code of practice, building on information already held in SIMS such as pupil addresses, contacts and academic information and also enables the recording of the details of external specialists and organisations.

Assessment at KS4 in SIMS (EVENT FULL)
In response to the rapid changes occurring in national assessment initiatives, Capita SIMS has provided a suite of additional Key Stage 4 (KS4) resources which may be imported and used to calculate headline figures for internal assessments. The resources will also enable schools to identify students who are underachieving in any of the key groups.
Essential Information: Please restrict attendees to a maximum of two from your school. Some schools may need to share a workstation on the day. We will start promptly at 9:00 and expect the course to end around 13:00. No lunch will be provided.
